Pinterest Video Downloader respects intellectual property rights. This page explains our role, what we can and cannot remove, and how to submit copyright notices.
Important: Pinterest Video Downloader does not host a public archive of Pinterest media. Save file normally opens the Pinterest CDN media URL in the browser. If server streaming is enabled in operations settings, media may briefly pass through our servers for delivery and is not kept as a re-downloadable file on our site. We provide a technical resolver for public Pin links; we are not a storage or publishing platform for user uploads.
Our role in the download chain
When you use pinterestvideodownloader.net, our servers fetch publicly available Pin metadata and return downloadable media options. Depending on settings, the browser may download directly from Pinterest's CDN, or the file may briefly pass through our download endpoint. We do not keep those files as a permanent public archive.
Copyright concerns about the underlying Pin content should often be directed to Pinterest as the primary host, in addition to notifying us if our Service facilitates access in a way that violates your rights.
User responsibility
Users must ensure they have appropriate rights before downloading, reproducing, or distributing content. Personal reference and backing up your own uploads are common legitimate uses; unauthorized commercial republication is not.
We terminate repeat infringers where applicable and technically feasible.
Submitting a DMCA notice
If you believe content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, email support@pinterestvideodownloader.net with subject "DMCA Notice" including:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed. 2. Identification of the Pinterest pin URL(s) at issue. 3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone). 4. A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized. 5. A statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate and you are authorized to act. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay processing.
Counter-notification
If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you may submit a counter-notification with details required under applicable law (e.g., DMCA §512(g)). We will forward counter-notices to the original complainant where required.

What we can do
We may block specific pin IDs from being resolved through our Service, rate-limit abusive patterns, or remove pages that improperly document circumvention, within technical and legal limits.
We cannot delete files from Pinterest's CDN, only Pinterest or the uploader controls those assets.
Repeat infringer policy
Users who repeatedly misuse the Service to facilitate infringement may have IP addresses or access blocked after appropriate notice where feasible.
