Depending on operations settings, Save file either opens the Pinterest CDN media URL in your browser or streams the file through our servers from Pinterest-controlled CDNs. The Service does not provide Pinterest accounts, bypass private content access, or guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may change, including rate limits, supported formats, and UI.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable copyright, trademark, and Pinterest terms. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files.

You agree not to: abuse rate limits or automate excessive requests; attempt to access private or non-public content; interfere with Service operation; misrepresent affiliation with Pinterest or Pinterest Video Downloader; use the Service to distribute malware or spam.

We may suspend access for violations.

Pinterest content remains property of respective owners. Pinterest Video Downloader does not claim ownership of pins you download. Our site content, branding, and code are protected by applicable IP laws.

Downloading public media does not grant you reproduction or commercial rights, obtain permission from rights holders when required.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that resolves will always succeed, that quality labels match every expectation, or that Pinterest APIs will remain unchanged.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (typically zero for free use).
